HOW TO USE

1) At night, after cleansing and toning, position lower piece around mouth area and upper piece around eye area.

2) Leave on for 20-30 minutes, or, if you don't have sensitive skin, overnight.

3) Remove gently when finished.

5) Recommended use 2-3 times a week.
