DOMESTIC 

SHIPPING METHOD 

We use JNE (jne.co.id) and Si Cepat (sicepat.com) courier service for all of our domestic orders.

For Jakarta area only, SAME DAY SERVICE is available via HEYGLOW EXPRESS for orders and payment made before 10 AM. After 10 AM, delivery of your items will be done the next day.

SHIPPING DURATION

Please allow 1 - 7 working days for domestic shipping (Indonesia) using JNE REG and Si Cepat REG, depending on the destination. More distant cities might require longer shipping time.

  • JAKARTA AREA. Estimated delivery time: 1-5 working days after shipment.

  • OTHER CITIES IN INDONESIA. Estimated delivery time: 2-7 working days after shipment.

We recommend JNE YES or Si Cepat BEST if you need your product to reach your place by 1-2 working days. Delay might occur during public holidays. For Jakarta and Tangerang area, SAME DAY SERVICE via HEYGLOW EXPRESS is available if you complete your transaction before 10 AM.

SHIPPING FEE

Please refer to jne.co.id for domestic rates.

Shipping cost will be added to your total purchase after you have checked out.

Shipping fees will be charged based on the weight of the order. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1 (one) kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees. Weight of every item is stated on the product detail page.

For SAME DAY SERVICE a flat rate of IDR 25,000 is applicable for Jakarta and Tangerang area only.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

Once your order has been shipped via JNE or SiCepat (domestic) , you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information. Your tracking information can also be found by logging in your account and viewing your orders.

To track your order(s), please go to www.jne.co.id and input JNE shipping code in the “Track Order” links at the top of the page (jne.co.id). Call JNE customer service (021-2927 8888) if there is any problem. 

For orders with SiCepat, please go to www.sicepat.com, click on "CEK RESI" and input your tracking code. Call Si Cepat customer service (021-2933 7086) if there is any problem.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

When placing your order on HEY-GLOW.com, please note that we operate Monday through Friday. Therefore, payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day.

Please allow 1 (one) day after payment confirmation for us to check your payment and pack your order. We will ship the order on the next working day after payment is received and confirmed. You will be sent a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched with the tracking information.

For orders made via HEYGLOW EXPRESS, items will be processed on the same day if transaction is complete before 10AM.

SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

We are not responsible for product risk of loss after we have passed on the package to the courier to be delivered to the address.

We do not take responsibility if the courier cannot deliver the package in time due to incomplete address and/or data, misspelled address and/or data or no recipient at the address.

Free shipping will be given if there are mistakes in the order(s).
